**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Writing**:

- Develop high-quality academic content including essays, research papers, case studies, reports, dissertations, and theses.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client-specific requirements, academic standards, and institutional guidelines.
- **Research Excellence**:

- Conduct thorough research using credible academic sources to produce well-informed and original content.
- Stay updated on trends and advancements in Commerce, Management, and Economics to maintain relevance and expertise.
- **Plagiarism-Free Content**:

- Ensure all work is free from plagiarism by maintaining originality and using appropriate referencing styles.
- Utilize tools like Turnitin or Grammarly to check for similarity and refine content quality.
- **Citation and Referencing**:

- Demonstrate expertise in various citation and referencing styles (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, etc.).
- Accurately attribute sources and maintain academic integrity.
- **Academic Tools Utilization**:

- Leverage tools and software for academic writing, including referencing managers (e.g., Zotero, EndNote), grammar checkers, and formatting tools.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Liaise with clients to understand specific academic requirements and tailor content to meet their expectations.
- Provide support and guidance to international students, helping them achieve academic success.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Master’s degree in **Commerce, Management, or Economics** (or equivalent qualification).
- **Skills and Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with academic writing conventions, structure, and tone.
- Proficient in plagiarism detection, citation, and referencing tools.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in academic writing, research assistance, or tutoring.
- A portfolio of previously completed academic projects will be an advantage.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Knowledge of tools like Turnitin, Grammarly, Microsoft Word, and office tools and citation managers.
- Ability to handle deadlines and deliver high-quality content consistently.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹10,415.40 - ₹29,346.12 per month

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
