**Job Description - Academic Coach**

**Position Overview**:
The Academic Coach will serve as a key resource in the academic and personal

development of students. This role combines teaching, mentoring, and guiding students

through their educational journey, ensuring they achieve their full potential. The Academic

Coach will foster a supportive and motivating learning environment, aiding students in

both academic pursuits and personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Teaching and Instruction:
○ Deliver engaging and informative lectures and seminars in your area of expertise.

○ Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they meet current academic

standards and student needs.

○ Facilitate workshops and seminars that promote student growth and well-being.

2. Mentorship and Guidance:
○ Provide one-on-one academic and personal advising and career counseling to

students.

○ Assist students in setting and achieving academic and career goals.

○ Execute students' individual educational plans, ensuring alignment with their

academic and career objectives.

○ Offer support and resources for students facing academic or personal challenges.

○ Provide guidance and assistance for student internships preparation.

3. Facilitation and Coordination:
○ Coordinate with the corporate relations team and industry professional to

identify and facilitate industry expert sessions in your area of expertise.

○ Coordinate with other department staff to plan, organize, and implement value

○ Assist the admissions team during enrollment by conducting interviews and

4. Leadership and Organizational Initiatives:
○ Be a champion of the organization in driving various initiatives aimed at student

and institutional development.

○ Participate in and contribute to internal and external events representing the

organization.

5. Administrative Duties:
○ Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.

○ Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and professional development

activities.

○ Contribute to the development and implementation of academic policies and

procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA with minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or academic advising.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

**Working Conditions**:
The Academic Coach will typically work 6 days a week, with a combination of classroom

instruction, office hours, and campus activities. Occasional evening work may be required

to support student events and initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
