Key Responsibilities
- **Machine Operation & Setup**: Set up and operate CNC Turning machines (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens) to produce precision components.
- **Programming & Tooling**: Read and interpret engineering drawings; perform manual programming and tool setting.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure conformance to specifications.
- **Batch Production**: Manage the operation of multiple CNC Turning machines simultaneously, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time completion of batch production orders.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Monitor machine performance, promptly identify and resolve operational issues to maintain consistent output.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and quality checks.

Required Qualifications
- **Education**: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CNC Turning operations.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in CNC programming, machine operation, and quality inspection.
- **Certifications**: Knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens controllers is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
