**We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC/VMC Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and VMC machines for precise machining of metal parts.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAM programs to ensure accurate production.
- Load, secure, and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools according to job specifications.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues.
- Conduct basic preventative maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating CNC/VMC machines
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and processes.
- Experience with CAM programming (a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to meet production deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
