**Position Overview**

Bellis Hardware Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **CNC & 4-Axis VMC Programmer** to join our precision manufacturing team. This role involves **programming, setting up, and operating CNC and 4-axis VMC machines** to produce high-quality brass, stainless steel, and aluminum components for our architectural hardware product line.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, test, and optimize **CAM programs (2D and 3D)** for CNC and 4-axis VMC machines using Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar CAM software.
- Interpret **technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications** to generate precise tool paths.
- Select suitable **cutting tools, feeds, and speeds** to achieve both accuracy and high-quality finishes, including mirror finishes on visible components.
- Perform **machine setups, fixture alignment, zero-point calibration, and first-off part verification**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to optimize **cycle times, tool life, and process reliability**.
- Maintain accurate **process documentation, including setup sheets, tool lists, and program libraries**.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure **timely and precise manufacturing of parts**.
- Ensure adherence to **safety, quality, and maintenance standards** at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum **2-4 years of hands-on experience** as a CNC and/or 4-axis VMC Programmer in precision engineering or related industries.
- Proficiency in **G-code programming and CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent)**.
- Strong understanding of machining **brass, stainless steel, and aluminum components**.
- Knowledge of **GD&T and ability to work with tight tolerances (up to ±0.05mm)**.
- Ability to design fixtures and optimize processes for both functional and aesthetic components.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering preferred.
- Prior experience in **architectural hardware or decorative fittings manufacturing** will be an advantage.
