**CNC TURNING SUPERVISOR**

**Qualification**: ITI/DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING /BE-MECHANICAL

**Experience Level**: 5-6 years experience. Experience in Manufacturing field will be an added advantage.

**Location**: NOIDA

**Salary**: 4,20,000/- LPA

**Job Summary**:
The CNC Turning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CNC turning department.

This role involves managing a team of CNC machinists, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing machining processes.

The supervisor will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring a safe working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of CNC machinists and operators.

Ensure production schedules are met and parts are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Monitor and adjust CNC turning processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues promptly.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of CNC machines.

Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC turning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of CNC turning machines, tooling, and machining processes.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
