Role & responsibilities

  • Operate and set up CNC bending / press brake machines for sheet metal components.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and bend sequence charts to ensure precision.
  • Select proper tools, dies, and machine parameters for production.
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments and ensure quality standards.
  • Perform routine machine checks and report maintenance issues.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to workplace safety and company quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Tool & Die / Production or equivalent.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in CNC bending / press brake machine operation (preferably in sheet metal manufacturing).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of tooling, gauges, and measuring instruments.
  • Physically fit to handle factory environment and production duties.
