Trumpf Bending Operator – Sheet Metal

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Bending & Cutting Machine Operator to manage sheet metal section for Trumpf Bending. You will ensure efficient programming, optimal material usage through nesting, and accurate NC file generation for smooth shop-floor execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Good operating knowledge of Bending Machines Operation.
  • Can handle sections independently and well versed with machine operations, margins, nesting, and component drawings.
  • Ability to read/understand engineered product drawings.
  • Adjust machine bending paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to analyze adjust and perform minor repairs / daily maintenance of Bending machines.
  • Smooth coordination with other departments like engineering and purchase to achieve targeted production.

Requirements

  • ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 - 8 years of operating experience in Bending & Machines Operations.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
