Job Specification Position **:SALES-COORDINATOR**

Location : KHOPOLI-KHALAPUR (RAIGAD -MUMBAI)

Qualifications: DILPLOMA/ANY GRADUATE/BE

Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations Assisting with sales presentations and materials preparation. Catalogues to support Sales Team. customer Complaint is resolved.
- Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records
- Collaborating with marketing and finance teams on sales-related tasks Receive & Register the enquiry.
- Communicate with the Customer with Introductory Letters / Company Profiles, proceedings.
- Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients,
- negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. Prepare status reports and supporting the field sales team. Prepare GRN Report for Purchase department.
- Prepare Proforma Invoice follow up for the payment. completing paperwork and filing documents.
- Maintain all records i.e. Enquiry Register, Files & other records. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Review the service reports &ensure services are approximately provided and
- Prepare all GST Sales invoices and summited to client for dispatch
- Sending offers for AMC. Keeping the high level of customers' satisfaction
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important
- documents and communicating relevant information. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Handling Complete Service Operation & Ensuring smooth function of Company
