**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and drive the growth of Tata building materials in the assigned territory.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including contractors, builders, architects, and other influential decision-makers in the construction sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to boost sales volume and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer insights to adapt sales strategies and ensure competitive advantage..
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
**Requirements**:
- A degree in any discipline, with relevant experience in the building materials or construction industry.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- A solid understanding of the building materials market, customer needs, and industry dynamics.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
**Education**: Any Bachelor’s degree

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
