Customer Service Executive

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
- Build rapport with potential customers.
- Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Efficiently manage call time to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Follow predefined scripts while adapting to customer responses to maintain consistency
- Maintain an accurate inventory of materials used for custom sales presentations, such as brochures, picture gallery, product links
- Contact customers to schedule appointments and make sure Sales Representatives have the best, most updated support materials, I help the sales department improve their productivity.
- Ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries by working with other departments.
- Make potential customers to be interested in a company’s products and services as possible.
**Requirements**:
- 6 months to 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (eCommerce experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems or online order systems.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- This position is only for females
