We are seeking a proactive and communicative **Customer Support Associate** who will serve as a key point of contact for our learners, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and enriching experience from enrollment to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Verification & Onboarding**: Conduct verification calls to confirm and validate student enrollment details.
- **Feedback Management**: Reach out to students to collect feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- **Documentation Support**: Draft and issue official documents such as offer letters, Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and certificates.
- **Inbound Sales Assistance**: Handle incoming inquiries, explain course details, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

**Training & Growth**

This role includes a **3-month training period**, during which your performance will be closely monitored and supported. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a full-time role with increased compensation and added benefits.
