Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shift (6 Days Working, 1 Weekly Off)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries through chat or voice support.
- Provide accurate information about services, resolve customer issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team as needed.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner with all customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all communications.

Position Details:

- Position Title: Customer Support Executive / Customer Success Associate
- Process: Domestic Process
- Interview Rounds: HR Round, Operations Round, Joining Formalities, Final Joining

**Requirements**:

- Education: Open to both Graduates and Undergraduates.
- Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (6 Days Working with 1 Weekly Off).

Compensation:

- Chat Process: ₹23,000 CTC
- Voice Process: ₹24,000 CTC
