We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team to promote our preschool and strengthen our online presence. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:
Develop, execute, and manage social media marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to engage parents and prospective clients. Ensure the content aligns with the brand’s voice and mission.
- **Content Creation**:
Design and create engaging visual and written content (posts, blogs, newsletters, videos, etc.) to promote preschool activities, events, and updates.
- **SEO & SEM Optimization**:
Implement SEO best practices for the website and blog content to increase search engine rankings. Manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and optimize ad performance.
- **Performance Analysis**:
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
- **Online Reputation Management**:
Monitor and respond to online reviews and messages, addressing any queries or concerns from parents and followers promptly.
- **Collaborations & Partnerships**:
Work closely with local influencers, community groups, and education-based organizations to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- **Event Promotion**:
Promote preschool events, open houses, and special programs via online channels, driving registrations and attendance.
