**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Process**: Urban Company - Repair Support
**Location**: Sector 62, Noida
**Working Days**: 5 Days Working
**Qualification**: Graduate or Undergraduate (Both Eligible)
**Salary**: upto 30k

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to appliance repair services.
- Assist customers in scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling repair appointments.
- Provide accurate information regarding technician visits, service charges, and repair timelines.
- Ensure timely resolution of service issues and escalate unresolved cases to the relevant team.
- Follow-up with customers for post-service feedback and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with field technicians and service partners to track job status.
- Maintain CRM updates and call logs accurately.
- Deliver a positive customer experience with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Basic understanding of electronic appliances (TV, AC, Fridge, Washing Machine, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience in voice process or customer service will be preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good listening skills and patience to handle service-related queries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
