**Job Title:Retail Sales Manager( Showroom)**
**Location - Palasia (Indore)**

**Industry**: Furniture Retail
**Experience**: Minimum 10 years

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Management**: Lead the showroom team to meet or exceed sales targets by driving proactive sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.
- **Team Leadership**: Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and their shopping experience is positive.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee showroom inventory, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and presented in an appealing manner.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Collaborate with the marketing and visual display teams to ensure that the showroom is aesthetically appealing and in line with company branding.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Monitor and report on sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

**Preferred**:

- Strong knowledge of furniture trends and interior design is a plus.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
- **Leadership**: Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Customer-Centric**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve conflicts, handle customer concerns, and make decisions under pressure.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,245.51 per month
