Our company is looking for a INBOUND **Sales Executive** with the below qualifications:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Excellent knowledge in creating quotations, travel itineraries, and package costing.
- Prepare promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages
- Must know how to handle hotels, excursions & tour packages inside/outside UAE.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Commercially aware
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of different tourist attractions inside and outside the UAE.
- Computer Literate

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
