Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert incoming leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow up on inquiries to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 12 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or telesales.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Persuasive and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
