Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Convert incoming leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on inquiries to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer preferences.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 12 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or telesales.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Persuasive and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
