We are looking for a Regional Business Line Controller for our Digital Business line in AMEA Region. In this role, you will be reporting to the Global BL Controller. You will be acting as a business partner to the Regional Business Line Manager optimizing the financial performance within the Region across the countries. You will be supporting effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing and interpreting financial data, evaluating various business alternatives and recommending the most appropriate business solutions. We offer a challenging position in an international and dynamic working environment with interesting duties which cover multiple dimensions of financial management in a customer oriented Digital business. Global Business Line Controller Digital PAPI

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsibility of the financial management for a Region which has a full P&L responsibility
- Financial reporting for the Region, including monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting. Ensures high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
- Performs analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast, provides insights and proposes improvement actions. Drives appropriate cost structure and productivity optimization.
- Ensures that tender calculation is done correctly, prepares and reviews cash-flow and exposure curve, participates and provides input in local risk review process.
- Drives definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in the financial control process within own area of responsibility
- Support in ensuring that a company governance model and internal controls are in place and implemented in the units
- Member of the Regional Management Team. Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for area of responsibility.
- Leads, provides guidance and participates or facilitates best practice to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.

**Your background**:

- Master’s degree in Accounting/Management Accounting/Business Administration.
- 5-10 years’ experience in Business Controlling roles, preferably in a global setting.
- Project controlling experience will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of processes and tools in Finance with strong business acumen.
- Track record of execution and delivering results in international environment.
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
- Recognized as great team player and appreciated for collaboration and business partnering skills.
- Highly proactive and result-driven attitude.
