**About the position**

As the Regional Finance Controller AMEA you play a pivotal role in meeting Flora Food Group's overarching strategic direction and vision.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Finance Controller who knows what good looks like and leads with integrity to build the financial controlling team in AMEA. We are looking for an absolute A-player in finance with strong leadership, communication and technical skills.
You lead, support, coach and develop the AMEA financial control team (10+ FTE) while driving process standardization and harmonization across the region. You report to the Global Controller (based in our Amsterdam HQ) and you are part of the Global Controlling Leadership team.

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**

To be successful you need to be an A-Player that has strong experience in leading financial controlling teams, you know what good looks like. You have a strong drive to structure and optimize financial controlling processes and you know how to organize effective teams.
- 15+ years of professional experience
- Strong financial controlling experience
- Master degree in Finance
- Big 4 audit experience and a professional audit qualification is a big plus
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and internal control.
- Strong communication skills (including English language)
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Ability to manage and simplify complexity
- Experience with SAP (S4Hana) is a big plus.

You work delivery-focused with a high degree of ownership and a positive, growth mindset. You lead your team by example; you are pro-active and not afraid to get your hands dirty. You easily built relationships on cross-functional level with both internal and external stakeholders.
