ContiTech, a division of Continental, is one of the world’s leading suppliers of technical elastomer products and is a specialist in plastics technology. ContiTech develops and produces functional parts, components, and systems for machine and plant engineering, mining, the automotive industry, and other important industries. For our location in Hannover we are seeking a Regional Sales Controller EMEA to join our team.

In this function you will support the Segment Controllers as well as the Regional Sales Heads for Industrial and Automotive segment as a business partner with business and management analysis to provide consultancy.
- Preparation and evaluation of the regional Sales and Standard Margin Forecast in collaboration with the sales teams
- Profitability analysis of article-/brand
- /market-level including preparation of improvement potential
- Analysis of the price development on article-/brand
- /market-level
- Ensure content and timing of Strategy, Budgeting and Reporting / Forecasting of the markets
- Planning / Forecasting and Monitoring of the Marketing & Sales cost centers
- Supervision and support of the Budget process, preparation, and support of the Market Reviews in collaboration with the M&S Management
- Prepare financial analysis on effects for discounts on new business contracts and changes to existing one’s
- Evaluation of SCF and MTP's
- Project Work and Ad-Hoc Analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Academic degree in in Accounting, Finance or comparable qualification
- Experience of 3-5 years in different Controlling functions
- Experience using of different IT Tools (SAP, SAP BW (FiRe), Power BI.)
- Strong data management, analytical skills and attention to detail required
- Experience with (international) project management
- Good communication and organizational and problem-solving skills
- Intercultural competence
