**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Manage and organize office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in office common areas.
- Assist staff with documentation, printing, and formatting tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance needs.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in office administration is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
