**Designation: Front office executive**
**Job profile**:
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked and well organized work area and the reception area.
- Required to assist the HR & Admin dept. with any duties requested and closely working in the team to fulfill the tasks effectively.
- Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously by providing accurate, appropriate and immediate responses.
- Ticket booking and travel arrangements.
- Supervising the courier management.
- Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment.
- Maintain Employee data, personal files, leave records, attendance records and other relevant data.
- Attending to employees’ queries and redirecting to the concerned department.
- Maintaining data of vendors and information related to them.
- Coordination for PF, ESIC, group insurances etc.
- Maintaining and monitoring the stationary inventory and pantry stock.
- Interacting with the admin support staff, drivers, security etc.
- Making arrangements for office events like office puja, picnic etc.
- Taking care of AMCs.
- Effective cost control.
- Guest House Management.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
