**Job Summary**:
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the plant. This role includes managing office operations, coordinating activities, maintaining records, and providing assistance to staff and management as required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration**:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office environment is well-organized and efficient.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order replacements as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for plant personnel.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of plant operations, employee information, and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare and file reports, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in record management.
- **Support to Staff and Management**:
- Provide administrative support to plant management and staff as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and projects.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure effective coordination.
- **Human Resources Assistance**:
- Support HR functions including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and managing attendance records.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee events, and other HR-related activities.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure adherence to plant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as required.
- **Other Duties**:
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by plant management.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
