Lab Assistant

Experience Required**:Minimum**: 1-2 years of experience in laboratory operations, preferably in the food processing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine testing of raw and processed peanuts (e.g., moisture, size, purity, and quality checks).
- Collect and analyze product samples at different stages of processing.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment (moisture meters, spectrometers, etc.).
- Ensure all processes comply with food safety standards (e.g., FSSAI, ISO).
- Record and document test results accurately for management review.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to product quality.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and proper waste disposal procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field (optional).
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
