**Job Summary**

The Field Executive is responsible for managing on-ground operations, meeting targets, and ensuring the seamless execution of activities in their designated area. This role involves interacting with clients or customers, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The Field Executive plays a key role in bridging the gap between the organization and the target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **On-Ground Operations**:

- Execute daily field activities as per the company’s guidelines.
- Conduct visits to assigned locations to ensure smooth implementation of processes.
- **Client/Customer Interaction**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, or customers.
- Address queries or complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales/Target Achievement (if applicable)**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales or operational targets.
- Promote the company’s products or services in the assigned area.
- **Data Collection and Reporting**:

- Gather necessary data, feedback, or market information from the field.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities, progress, and challenges.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure field activities align with company goals.
- Support training and development initiatives for field personnel, if required.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards during field activities.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols where applicable.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in field operations, sales, or a related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the local area or market is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with CRM or field management software is a plus.
