Job Overview:
An Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role involves managing the CEO's schedule, handling communications, coordinating executive meetings, and undertaking various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Calendar Management:

- Effectively manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate and plan for upcoming commitments and deadlines.

2. Communication Management:

- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.

3. Meeting Coordination:

- Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and material distribution.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

4. Travel Arrangements:

- Make travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs.

5. Confidentiality and Discretion:

- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality on matters related to the CEO's office.
- Exercise discretion in decision-making and communication.

6. Task Prioritization:

- Prioritize tasks and projects to ensure the CEO's time is optimized.
- Assist in managing competing demands on the CEO's schedule.

7. Document Preparation:

- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure materials are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with the CEO's expectations.

8. Relationship Management:

- Interface with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts.

9. Office Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office.
- Order office supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, and manage other administrative tasks.

10. Special Projects:

- Assist the CEO in managing and executing special projects.
- Conduct research, prepare briefs, and provide support as needed.

11. Expense Management:

- Manage and reconcile expenses related to the CEO's office.
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports in a timely manner.

12. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the CEO's office.
- Implement efficient systems to enhance workflow.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and technology.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
