**Location**: Chinar Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata
**Salary**: ₹10,000 onwards (based on performance and skills)

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic **freshers** to join our team as Telemarketing Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to begin their career in client acquisition and customer interaction. As a fresher, you will be trained and guided to develop your communication skills, understand our services, and grow within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
- Communicate clearly and confidently to explain the company’s services
- Assist in scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads under the guidance of senior team members
- Keep records of customer interactions in the database
- Work towards daily and weekly calling and appointment targets

**Requirements**:

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and persuasive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take feedback positively
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated and eager to build a career in sales

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
