Key Responsibilities

*Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.

*Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.

*Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services.

*Sales Closing: Negotiate and close deals with potential customers.

*Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.

*Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets.

*Product Delivery : Field work -10%

**Required Skills**:
Qualification -Plus two

Experience - Minimum 6 months - 1 yr in sales

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

*Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.

*Proven track record in sales and telemarketing.

*Strong organizational and time management skills.

*A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

*Own two-wheeler, 4-wheeler license & smart phone are compulsory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
