**Job Title: Outlet Salesperson**

As we expand our presence, we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Outlet Salespersons to join our team and contribute to the success of our outlets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the outlet, providing friendly and attentive service at all times.

2. Assist customers in selecting products, providing information about product features, benefits, and usage.

3. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and suggestions.

4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.

5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing outlet environment, ensuring products are neatly displayed and shelves are stocked at all times.

6. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed, ensuring adequate product availability to meet customer demand.

7. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving deliveries and recording stock movements.

8. Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, following proper handling and storage procedures for perishable and non-perishable products.

9. Actively promote sales and special promotions, informing customers about current offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.

10. Collaborate with team members and outlet management to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

11. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.

12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety protocols, and customer service guidelines.

13. Participate in training sessions and product knowledge sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and sales techniques.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

4. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.

6. Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.

8. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as per outlet operating hours.

9. Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

10. Knowledge of coconut-based products or interest in healthy living and wellness is a plus.
