**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, etc.) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency in all social media activities.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Foster and grow online communities by initiating discussions, participating in trends, and building brand loyalty.
- Monitor competitors’ social media activities and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
