**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic **Social Media Executive** who will not only manage social media activities but also play a key role in **lead generation and cold calling**. This is a great entry-level opportunity to develop expertise in both social media management and sales outreach while working with a fast-growing marketing agency.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media Management**: Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across various platforms.
**Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through online research and social media interactions.
**Client Engagement**: Build relationships with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
**Market Insights**: Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, sales, and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

**Who You Are**

**Fresh Graduate or 0-1 Year Experience** in social media, lead generation, sales, or telemarketing.
**Strong Communication Skills** - confident in handling client interactions via calls and messages.
**Creative & Analytical** - ability to craft engaging content while also tracking performance metrics.
**Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented** - eager to learn, experiment, and drive results.
**Tech-Savvy** - familiar with social media tools, CRM systems, and outreach platforms.
