We are looking for dynamic, passionate, self-motivated, and visionary leaders to enrich the Narayana Family.
- To contribute to existing undergraduate and postgraduate modules in the Department of Management through lecturing, tutorials, assessment etc.
- To help develop, where appropriate, revisions to existing modules or new modules, in terms of content, structure, forms of delivery, methods of assessment, etc
- To undertake teaching assignments and responding to the student’s feedback.
- To undertake optimum utilization of technology in Distributive Education.
- Develop and implement innovative instructional methods.
- Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
- Evaluate, monitor and mentor and offer counselling to students whenever and wherever required.
- Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
- Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees and clubs in the institution.
- To design and teach MDPs/ Certificate Programs/ conduct workshops/ trainings.
- To present scholarly papers and represent the Institute at various national and international conferences/ seminars/ workshops.
- To undertake any other duties as may be directed by the Head of Department of Management, provided these are appropriate to the grade of the post.

**Qualification and Experience Required**:

- Qualifications as above that is for the post of Associate Professor, applicable Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable. Minimum of 10 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor.Or Minimum of 15 years’ experience in teaching and/ or Research and/or Industry. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research paper publications / IPR / patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee. If the experience in the industry is considered, the same shall be at a managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising / designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/research paper publications / IPR / patents, etc. as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee.
