Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor in Pharmacy, located in Ahmedabad. The Professor will be responsible for designing and delivering course content, mentoring and guiding students, and contributing to the academic and research goals of the institution. Responsibilities include developing curricula, conducting lectures and seminars, overseeing laboratory work, evaluating student performance, and staying updated with advancements in the field of pharmacy to continuously improve teaching strategies. Collaboration with colleagues on research projects and participation in academic committees will also be required. Qualifications - Extensive knowledge in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, and related areas - Strong teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development skills - Proven ability to conduct research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and secure research funding - Proficiency in using educational technologies and modern teaching methodologies - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Pharmacy or a related discipline - Prior experience in a teaching or faculty position in higher education is preferred - Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment - Strong dedication to student success and academic excellence
