**Professor Job Description (hotel management food production chef)**

**Professor Responsibilities**:

- Developing curricular and delivering course material.
- Arrangements of guest lectures, Seminars, workshops etc. for students.
- Marketing and Admissions duties.
- Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.
- Conduct orientation sessions
- Helps drive organization values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are linked to the vision and mission of the organization.
- Continuously focus on the associate development needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments, design and develop training programs and facilitate the delivery of programs.

**Professor Requirements**:

- MBA in hotel management Specialization in food production/ Preferred (PHD in the relevant field)
- 2-5 years of experience teaching in an academic setting.
- Published articles and proven experience as an academic.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- A growth mindset and excellent networking abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
