### Job Title: IT Support Specialist

## Location: Borivali West

## Job Type: Full-Time

## Overview:
## Key Responsibilities:
### 1. **Office PC Management**:

- Set up, configure, and maintain office computers and peripherals.
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Ensure all systems are up-to-date with security patches and software updates.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in line with company policies.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring proper setup and data security.

### 2. **Wi-Fi Network Management**:

- Monitor and maintain the office Wi-Fi network to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the network service provider for escalated issues and upgrades.
- Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate measures (e.g., firewalls, encryption).

### 3. **CCTV Management**:

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Monitor CCTV performance and address any operational issues.
- Ensure all recordings are stored securely and are accessible when needed.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure systems are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

### 4. **Asset Management**:

- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software.
- Track and document asset movements, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure asset accuracy and condition.
- Assist in the procurement process by providing technical specifications and recommendations.

## Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Experience in managing office networks and hardware.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and asset management processes.
- **Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of network protocols and cybersecurity principles.
