Role and Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth for consumer products within a designated territory or account base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail and distribution partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and mentorship.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay abreast of consumer trends, competitive landscape, and industry regulations.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
