Knowledge of different variety of Bread, Pastry, Cookies, Puffs, etc.

The chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a standard recipes and procedure.

Keeping an eye out for problems that arise in the production unit and seizing control of a situation at a moments notice.

Ensure of safety and hygiene procedures being adhered to Quality and portion control.

Indenting raw materials as per the production and requirement.

Checking the quality of received perishables.

Interacting with guest in case of some allergies or food complaints.

Food cost and wastage control.

Manage and handle the productivity of junior staff members.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
