This regional onsite MI role is an exciting opportunity to work within a team of experts who manage a mature travel program. This requires working closely with the client, utilizing proprietary and third-party data tools which provides internal businesses and travel management team with quality data, reports & dashboards.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate data / analysis using clients customized reporting tools
- Provide reporting and analysis to enable supplier negotiation to facilitate discussions between customer and identify opportunities for route deals, travel policy enforcement and potential savings
- Prepare customer specific monthly reports
- Undertake analysis of customer needs and develop MI solutions to meet them
- Create traveler reports for taxation and expense purposes
- Identify, analyze, and report poor quality data appearing on reports to senior team members
- Test and maintain through development, travel system enhancements
- Reconciliation processing and support
- Point of contact for the delivery of any ad-hoc MI report
- Closely monitor travel alerts and take immediate action to prepare traveler tracking report
- Cross skilling with Regional Technology Team when required

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in travel agencies
- Strong process, analytical and technical skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills essential as well as good working knowledge of MS products
- Travel industry experience and GDS exposure an advantage
- Proven time management skills
- SQL database knowledge as an advantage
- Innovative and structured approach to resolving technology and operations difficulties
- Flexible and resilient to deal with a demanding environment and tight deadlines
- Ability to work successfully across cultures and regions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
