**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, program selection, and career planning.
- Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and traveling did within deadlines. Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses, colleges and universities, and countries like Germany, France, the UK, Netherlands, Italy, Rest of Europe.
- Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student. Clarifying doubts in filling up of form or doubts of any other nature.
- **Share in detail about the course for abroad Education i.e., for Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D.**:

- Help students with every detail from registration to flying to the host country.
- Analyze the mindset of the students who are interested in abroad education and Motivate and encourage clients to take up the course.
- Handle Walk-Ins effectively; Report to Seniors in daily/ weekly and Monthly meetings.
- Handle a team of 6 Month To 3 Years junior counselors and supervise them across the processes.
- Keep the internal CRM system up to date.
- Should be comfortable in promoting products to students/parents in a professional manner
- Would be responsible for achieving monthly, and yearly targets set for the branch by converting potential leads into sales.
- Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager.

**Skills Required**:

- **Should be a Graduate/Postgraduate/ MBA.**:

- **A Minimum of 1+ years** of Study Abroad industry or parallel industry experience is required.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
- Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during phone conversations.
- Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques.
- **Excellent communication is required.**:
**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
