**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales efforts in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the solar structures market.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including solar installers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.

Conduct site visits and engage in detailed consultations with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-impact presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.

Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing insights and strategies for success.

Provide strategic feedback to the management team based on market trends and client needs.

Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the solar structures or renewable energy sector.

Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of solar structure products and market dynamics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and explore new business opportunities.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
