**Shift**: 9.5 hours per day, 5 days a week (Rotational shifts)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **voice-based customer support** for banking, finance, and insurance products.
- Act as an **advisor** to clients, explaining product features and resolving queries.
- Achieve **sales targets** for mutual funds and financial services.
- Ensure **high-quality interactions** with proficiency in English (B1+) and Hindi.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate.
- **Certification**:

- **Skills**:

- Typing speed**:20 WPM with 80% accuracy**.
- Knowledge of **banking/finance/mutual funds** (preferred).
- **Communication**: Fluent in **English (B1+)** and **Hindi**.
- **Shift Flexibility**: Willingness to work **rotational shifts**.
