
Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Handle all postal and courier communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for reports and updates.
- Find and negotiate with vendors for packaging materials and products.
- Manage travel bookings and logistics.
- Support HR with hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Maintain physical and digital files; keep all records up to date.
- Handle CRM tasks, recovery follow-ups, and maintain customer data.
- Track employee attendance and coordinate with teams.
- Track utility bills and ensure timely payments.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration, CRM, and team coordination.
- Strong in vendor coordination, communication, and negotiation.
- Proficient in Zoho Sheets, Google Sheets, and other digital tools.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- A problem-solver with a willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
- Experience in HR support is a plus.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
