**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential corporate clients in Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR regions (Also can remotely tie up with other region’s clients).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their gifting needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the corporate gifting or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR market is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
