**About Us**:
Apex aircon Services is a leading manufacturer of high-quality HVAC systems, committed to providing innovative and energy-efficient solutions for our customers. We are searching for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including contractors, builders, and distributors.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable HVAC systems.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight product features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain comprehensive customer records in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (may be required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹9,998.69 - ₹20,000.00 per month
