**Service Supervisor at The Cozy Nook**

Location: The Cozy Nook, Manali

Reports To: Operations Manager

Department: Food and Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Training:

- Supervise and mentor service staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct training sessions to maintain high service standards and familiarize the team with the menu.

2. Guest Experience Management:

- Greet and interact with guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and effectively.

3. Operational Oversight:

- Ensure proper table setups, cleanliness, and readiness of service areas.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of dining essentials, such as cutlery, linens, and supplies.

4. Service Standards:

- Ensure all team members adhere to food and beverage service protocols.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all service areas.

5. Coordination with Kitchen:

- Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Communicate any special requests or allergies to the kitchen team efficiently.

6. Quality Control:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Implement feedback from guests to continuously improve service quality.

7. Scheduling and Reporting:

- Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
- Report daily operations and challenges to the management team.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience:

- 2+ years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage service industry.
- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a guest-first attitude.
- Knowledge:

- Familiarity with food and beverage menus and service standards.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations.

Compensation and Perks
- Base Salary: ₹16,000 per month
- Seasonal Bonuses: ₹5,000 during peak seasons

How to Apply
