**Core Duties**:

- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Performing a wide range of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and making beds. They may also be responsible for laundry and ironing.
- **Supervision**: Overseeing and coordinating the work of other housekeeping staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- **Quality Control**: Inspecting rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and tidiness, and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens.
- **Customer Service**: Interacting with guests or residents, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing a friendly and professional service.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Following established procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Training**: Assisting in training new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- **Scheduling**: Creating work schedules and managing staff attendance.
- **Problem Solving**: Handling complaints and resolving issues related to cleanliness or maintenance.
- **Reporting**: Keeping records of cleaning activities, maintenance requests, and inventory levels.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
- **Cleaning Skills**: Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff and guests.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,231.51 - ₹14,436.97 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
