Operator/ Senior Operator - Milk Processing Section

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Plant Operation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete operation, control & support to batching and processing of product along with CIP, cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facility.
- Progressive operation of Pasteurizer, Sugar syrup Preparation, Blending System, Cream Separator, Homogenizer. Smooth handling and operation of HMI, SCADA.
- Complete operation, control & support to Milk Processing Section along with CIP, cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facility
- Perform the Start-up, run and shutdown functions of process equipment.
- Maintain a high level of communication with each plant/process as the job demands.
- Adhere to all SOP’s, ISO and HACCP guidelines.
- Adhere to all quality, safety, and GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity.
- Coordinate with working staff to establish Procedures, Standards and System.
- Maintain record & documents regarding process.
- Maintain schedule of Equipment's daily, periodic and Preventive maintenance.
- Complete monitoring to avoid the risk of human & food safety issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas
- Constantly look for continuous improvement and process improvement.
- Assume responsibility for the attainment of plant goals and objectives.
- Perform all other duties deemed appropriate, necessary, required, or directed by plant management - Safeguard and protect all company assets in his/her care.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
- Ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Basic computer and mechanical skills with knowledge of Pasteurizer, Sugar syrup Preparation, Blending System, Cream Separator, Homogenizer. Smooth handling and operation of HMI, SCADA.
- Ability to work in a team environment with quick Learner & Co-ordination skills
- Willing to work overtime and flexible hours with good attendance.
- Knowledge of Pump, Valve, Beverage Blending Process, Sugar Syrup Preparation, Sterilizer Operation, CIP system and food manufacturing process.
- Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize time.
- Ability to operate equipment Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
- Prior work experience in ISO, GMP approved industries.
- Experience of Food / Beverage/ Dairy industry.
- Requires ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.

QUALIFICATION

Essential : ITI / AOCP

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Total Experience: 2 to 3 Years or more

Relevant Experience: 2 years in Beverage /Dairy or Food Processing / Pharma Industries.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
