**Job Title: Plant Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the manufacturing plant, including production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Train and supervise plant staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to meet production demands.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product quality and consistency.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among plant personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Agriculture is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and plant operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
