**Job Summary**:
**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience operating batching plants (KYB Conmat, Gayatri, Sicoma, or similar).
- Familiarity with fully automatic batching plant systems is mandatory.
- **Education**: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Civil, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of concrete mix designs and batching processes.
- Basic troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance knowledge.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plant Operation**: Operate and monitor the batching plant to produce concrete as per the required mix design and specifications.
- **Maintenance**: Conduct routine checks and perform basic maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of the batching plant.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of raw materials and the batching process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve technical issues with the batching plant to avoid production delays.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with the production team to manage schedules and meet project deadlines.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate production records and report daily output to the supervisor or plant manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
